1 Third-Party AI (OpenRouter) Compliance

Moxia utilizes artificial intelligence technology provided by OpenRouter to deliver plant and moss identification features. By using our AI-powered features, you agree to the following terms:

                    Data Transmission Scope: We only transmit non-personal data necessary for AI functionality. Specifically, we send photos of your kokedama (moss ball) creations to OpenRouter for species identification. We do not transmit any personal identifiers, facial data, or sensitive personal information.
                

Third-Party Disclosure: OpenRouter is our designated AI service provider. We explicitly disclose this partnership to ensure transparency.
User Authorization: Before any data transmission to OpenRouter, the App will display a clear pop-up notification explaining the data purpose, recipient, and processing method. We only proceed after obtaining your explicit, active consent.
Third-Party Safeguards: OpenRouter maintains equivalent or higher data protection standards. OpenRouter processes data strictly for the agreed-upon purpose on a temporary basis, does not retain any user data, and destroys all data immediately after processing is complete.
No App Storage: Moxia does not store any data transmitted to AI on our servers or databases. Data is only used temporarily during the processing period and is immediately destroyed afterward.

2 Information Collection and Usage

We collect and use information to provide and improve our services. Here is a detailed breakdown:

Photos You Upload: Images of your kokedama creations that you voluntarily capture and upload to create your personal codex.
Growth Log Data: Timelines, notes, and tracking information you enter about your moss balls' growth.
Device Information: Basic device identifiers, operating system version, and App version for troubleshooting and service optimization.
Usage Data: Anonymous statistics about feature usage to help us improve the App experience.

Active Submission: Data you voluntarily enter or upload.

OpenRouter Data Sharing: As detailed in Section 1, we share only non-personal image data with OpenRouter for AI identification purposes. This sharing is:
