Moxia is a photo-based codex designed for kokedama enthusiasts. Our App provides the following core services: capturing and logging photos of your moss ball creations, utilizing AI technology to identify plant species and moss types, tracking growth timelines for your kokedama, and offering aesthetic styling tips to inspire your future creations.
By downloading, installing, or using Moxia, you agree to be bound by this User Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please discontinue use of the App immediately.
Registration: You may be required to create an account to access certain features of Moxia. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at Moxia@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate this Agreement or engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
When using Moxia, you agree to comply with the following guidelines:
Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the photos, logs, and other content you upload to Moxia. By uploading content, you grant Moxia a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you.
Our Content: All text, graphics, icons, and software provided by Moxia are the property of Moxia or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Content Removal: We reserve the right to remove any content that violates this Agreement or applicable laws without prior notice.
By using the AI features within Moxia, you expressly agree to the following terms:
In-App Purchases (IAP): Moxia may offer additional features, styling tips, or expanded storage through in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
Coins System: If applicable, virtual coins or credits purchased within the App are non-refundable and non-transferable between accounts. Coins have no cash value and can only be used within Moxia.
Refunds: Refund requests must be directed to Apple through your App Store account. Moxia does not directly process refunds for in-app purchases. Please refer to Apple's refund policy for more details.
Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing for in-app purchases at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the App or App Store listing prior to taking effect.
Moxia reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App's services, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:
Moxia is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

You use Moxia at your own risk. The identification results and styling tips provided by the App are for informational purposes only and should not replace professional botanical advice.
Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Moxia operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Informal Resolution: Before filing any claim, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at Moxia@gmail.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days of receiving your notice.
Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration institution. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that any proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
We may update this User Agreement from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or App functionality. When we make material changes, we will notify you by:
Your continued use of Moxia after any changes to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the updated Agreement, you must stop using the App and delete it from your device.
